Terra Continuity is how care continues once you have had your Terra Assessment or finished a program. Three body composition scans across the year, a written summary after every visit, and someone to message in between.
Regular nurse practitioner visits, your own health tracking, access to the clinical team, and ongoing education.
$699 is the founding rate. It holds for everyone who joins by 31 December 2026, and the price goes to $899 after that.

Three nurse practitioner visits
With Marie Powell, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). Scheduled follow-ups through the year to review your health, symptoms, treatment and where your goals have moved. This includes reviewing your medications, refills and any adjustments that are needed. Care that builds on a relationship rather than starting over.
Ongoing clinical team support
Brief nurse check-ins for minor concerns at no extra charge, plus secure messaging with the Terra care team.
For brief questions and guidance. Anything needing a full assessment, investigation or an NP appointment gets directed to the right care pathway. Messaging is monitored during clinic hours and is not an emergency or urgent care service.
Three body composition scans
Muscle mass, body fat and the measurements that matter, so you can see progress beyond the number on the scale. This data is powerful for accountability, and for holding onto what you built after a metabolic or menopause program.
Your Terra Health Snapshot
A written brief on your own health, prepared after each visit. Your bloodwork, your scans, your symptom scores, your goals and what changed since last time, all in one document instead of scattered across results you never got to read properly.
For most women it is the most thorough look at their own health they have ever been handed. The sample below is a real one, with the patient details removed.
15% off Myomar testing and Fullscript supplements
Myomar is a urine test that looks at muscle health, developed in Halifax and billed as the first of its kind. It checks for muscle loss, which matters because muscle is what carries your metabolism, your blood sugar and your strength through midlife. Terra is the only clinic in Newfoundland and Labrador offering it.
Members pay 15% less on eligible testing, and the same 15% on practitioner-grade supplements through the Terra dispensary on Fullscript. Muscle is worth measuring rather than guessing at.

With Terra Continuity you don’t start from the beginning every time you need support. Your team knows your history, follows your progress, and helps you make informed decisions as your needs change.
It is about feeling known, supported and connected to your health throughout the year.
Everything between the visits.
Care as You Go is a good appointment, and you are welcome to only ever book those. Here is what a membership adds.
- Someone to message. Secure messaging with the Terra team through your portal, with a reply within two business days. A single visit does not include messaging between visits, so a question that comes up in week three waits until your next appointment. With Continuity it does not have to.
- Nurse check-ins at no extra charge. For focused concerns a nurse can properly help with, so you are not booking and paying for a full visit to sort out one thing.
- Your Terra Health Snapshot. Your scans, your goals and your measures pulled into one summary after each visit, so you can actually see where you started and how far you have come. Most women have never had their own health handed back to them in one place.
- Your visits are already yours. Three across the year, scheduled around your care rather than whenever you remember to call. Some women want them close together while a treatment is being sorted, others spread them out.
- Three body composition scans a year. Three readings across a year show a direction. One reading shows a number.
- The education. The Terra resource library now, monthly Terra Talks from January 2027, and The Common Ground when it opens.
- Member pricing. 15% off eligible Myomar muscle testing and Fullscript supplements, and 10% off Vivier and retail skincare for as long as your membership is active.

One annual payment. Three visits, three scans, your Snapshot, the Talks and the library.
$699 is the founding rate, and it is open to every Terra patient. Join by 31 December 2026 and that is your price. From 1 January 2027 the membership is $899 a year.

We keep the numbers small on purpose.
We take a limited number of Continuity members each year, so the team can keep the time, attention and personalized support that makes it worth having. Once capacity is reached, new applicants join the waitlist.

How do the three visits work?
They are yours to use across your membership year, scheduled around your care rather than on a fixed calendar. Some women want them close together while a treatment is being sorted out, others spread them across the year. If you need more than three, you can book extra visits at $149.
What if I have a question between visits?
Message the clinic through your Jane portal and we aim to come back to you within two business days. If it is something we can answer in writing, we will. If it needs a proper conversation, we will arrange a brief nurse check-in at no extra charge. Anything that needs a full assessment gets booked as a visit. Messaging is not for emergencies or anything urgent.
Are the nurse check-ins unlimited?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. They are for focused concerns that a nurse can properly help with, and our team decides whether a check-in, a visit or something else is the right next step. Membership does not mean unlimited visits, and it does not mean every concern can be settled by message.
Can I join while I am still in a program?
You finish the program you paid for first, exactly as booked. If you want Continuity afterwards we will line up your start date so you are not paying for two things that overlap.
Can I join as a new patient?
Yes, after your Terra Assessment, once there is a plan to actually follow. Your included Assessment follow-up is separate and does not come out of your three membership visits.
Do I have to become a member?
No. Membership is one option, not a gate. You can book a visit when you need one at $149, or do a program, and you will get the same care either way. It suits women who want a steady relationship through the year. If that is not you, that is genuinely fine.
Is there a limit on how many people can join?
Yes. We keep the numbers small so the membership means something, and once we are full we will offer you a place on the waiting list rather than stretch the care thinner.
I am new to Terra. Can I join?
Yes, after your Terra Assessment. Everyone starts there, because the membership is ongoing care and there has to be a plan to continue. Once the Assessment is done you can join Continuity whenever you are ready.
What happens at the end of my year?
We will be in touch before it ends about carrying on for another year. Renewal, pricing and cancellation are set out in your membership agreement, so nothing about it should be a surprise.
