Four months to feel like yourself again,
with care that connects every piece.
Terra 360 Vitality is our flagship program for women in perimenopause and menopause, including women whose weight changed along with everything else.
Hot flashes, 3 a.m. wake-ups, brain fog, a body that isn’t responding the way it used to. These aren’t separate problems, so we don’t treat them one at a time.
Four pillars of health. One plan.
The menopause transition touches almost every system in your body. Vitality looks after all four.
- Hormonal Stability. Hot flashes, night sweats and periods that don’t make sense anymore. We look at hormone therapy when it is right for you, and other options when it isn’t.
- Metabolic Health. Weight that settled around your middle, and a body composition that is shifting. We look at weight medication when it is appropriate, and nutrition either way.
- Nervous System Balance. Sleep, mood, anxiety and brain fog. Sleep is often where we start, because when you don’t sleep, everything else suffers.
- Structural Resilience. Bone, muscle and joints. The years around menopause are when protecting muscle and bone matters most.
Symptoms don't arrive
all at once.
The transition moves in stages, and each stage has its own pattern. Knowing which one you are in is what decides the treatment. It is also why being told to wait it out is such poor advice: some of this settles on its own, and some of it does not.
| Early perimenopause | Late perimenopause | Postmenopause | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cycle changesShorter, longer, heavier or skipped. Noticeable early for some, but it usually builds as the transition goes on. | |||
| Sleep disruptionWaking at three in the morning, whether or not there are night sweats. Often one of the first things to change. | |||
| Mood and anxietyIrritability, low mood, anxiety that arrives without an obvious cause. Frequently one of the earliest signs. | |||
| Hot flashes, night sweatsOften mild early, most intense in the year or two around the final period. | |||
| Brain fogWord-finding, focus, short-term memory. Can turn up at any stage, early through to postmenopause. | |||
| Body composition changeMuscle falls, visceral fat rises, and the same habits stop working. | |||
| Vaginal and urinary changeDryness, discomfort, urinary symptoms. Unlike the rest, this one progresses. | |||
| Bone lossMostly after the final period, and silent until it isn't. Which is why it gets looked at before there is a reason to. | |||
| Joint achesStiffness and aching that is easy to write off as age. Usually later in the transition and after it. |
Typical patterns, not a prediction. Your own picture is what gets assessed, and two women at the same stage can look nothing alike. Read why early and late perimenopause are treated differently →
After four months, you’ll have…
- A plan that’s been tested and adjusted, not one handed to you on day one and never revisited.
- Proof of what changed. Your Terra Vitality Score at the start and end, three body composition scans, and bloodwork at your first appointment and again as indicated.
- A way of eating you can keep. Built for this stage of life, not another diet.
- The confidence to keep going. You’ll understand your body, your treatment and what to do next.
Every woman’s body responds differently, so we won’t promise you a result. We will promise you the time, the attention and the follow-up to find what works for you.
Hormones, metabolism, sleep, strength.
All four, scored.
Four areas of your health, each scored out of 25. Together they make your score out of 100, recalculated at every milestone so you can watch it move.
Vitality is for you if…
It’s for you if
- You’re in perimenopause or menopause and your symptoms are affecting your work, sleep, mood or relationships.
- Your weight has changed with your cycle and you want both looked after together.
- You want structured, hands-on care for a few months, not one visit and a “good luck.”
It’s not the right fit if
- Weight and metabolic health are what you want help with, and you are not looking for hormone or menopause support right now. You may well be in perimenopause or menopause, and Terra Metabolic is still the right one.
- You only want a second opinion or help with one concern. Start with the Terra Assessment.
- You need urgent care. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
The rule: if you want your menopause symptoms treated, with or without weight concerns, that is Vitality. If weight and metabolic health are what you want worked on, that is Terra Metabolic, at any stage.
What’s included,
and what it means for you.
- 5 visits over 4 months. Time to start treatment, see how you respond, and adjust. Most of what makes care work happens in the follow-up.
- 3 body composition scans. You’ll know you are losing fat, not muscle, and see your strength holding as things change.
- Labs at three points. We rule out other causes, like thyroid, iron or blood sugar, and track what is changing over time.
- Nutrition and lifestyle guidance throughout. How to eat for this stage of life, with protein to protect muscle. Nourishing, not restricting.
- Check-ins every two weeks. Small problems get caught early, before they become reasons to give up.
- Secure messaging, with a reply within two business days. A question about a side effect or a new symptom doesn’t have to wait for your next visit, and if it needs an appointment rather than an answer in writing we will tell you.
- Your Terra Vitality Score, at the start and end. A clear before and after of how you are feeling across all four pillars.
More than a prescription.
More than one concern at a time.
A recommendation should come with a reason. We go through the evidence, the possible benefits, the risks and the alternatives, so the decision is one you take part in rather than one handed to you.
An online service can send you hormones or a weight medication. It won’t scan your body composition, check in every two weeks, or notice that your weight, sleep and mood might all trace back to perimenopause.
Your family doctor knows you and matters. But menopause care takes time, and it wasn’t part of most clinical training. Vitality gives you four months of focused care, and you’ll have written plans to share with your family doctor along the way.
“I feel clearer and confident in supporting my health and meeting the unique needs of where I am in my life now. What worked for me before is no longer working. I now have the tools to guide me.”
“It's so nice to be HEARD, understood and not gaslit. For years I have struggled to have doctors and nurses listen to me.”
“There are just no words to describe the attention, communication and empathy Marie has for patients. Exceptional care that is, unfortunately, rare to find in today's current system.”
“I've been seeing Marie for perimenopause for almost five months now, and I can honestly say it has been such a positive experience.”
“Marie is super caring and thorough and takes time to listen to her patients!”

The method behind
Terra 360 Vitality.
Marie built Vitality because she wanted a way to measure what midlife care was actually doing. Not "how are you feeling?" at a six-month follow-up, but a number at the start, a number at the end, and the scans and labs in between to show what moved.
That is where the Terra Vitality Score came from, and why every part of the program is built to be checked rather than assumed.
Terra 360 Vitality: $1,997.
Four months of care, paid in full or spread across the program.
Paid in full, or two payments of $999, or four payments of $500.
After the $597 Assessment credit: $1,400, or four payments of $350.
Had your Terra Assessment first? The full $597 is credited toward the program if you join within 60 days of it.
Not everyone needs the full program.
The Assessment stands on its own. You leave with the whole picture and a plan in writing, and if that is all you want for now, that is a finished piece of work, not half of one.
After it you can book Care as You Go: a visit when you need one, $149. The Assessment comes first, so there is always a plan to follow up on. Each visit covers a review of your concerns, follow-up on what we are already treating, prescription refills, and your questions answered. There is no messaging between visits, because that is part of the program and the membership rather than a single visit.
Some women start here and never need more. Others do the Assessment, try a few months this way, and join Vitality once they know what they want. One note on timing: the $597 Assessment fee is credited toward Vitality only if you join within 60 days of it.
How you get started.
- Book your Terra Assessment. A comprehensive assessment, a body composition scan and a written plan. This is the first of your five Vitality visits, whether you join on the day or decide later. The Assessment also stands on its own, for anyone still working out what they need.
- Decide within 60 days. Join Vitality in that window and your full $597 comes off.
- Your starting point is set. Your Vitality Score, your labs and your plan across the four pillars, all from that first visit.
- Payment. Arranged when you join, in full or across the program.
- Four more visits across four months. Check-ins every two weeks, messaging, scans and labs, adjusting as we go.
Questions,
answered.
Do I have to do the whole program?
No. The Assessment stands on its own. Afterwards you can book Care as You Go visits at $149 whenever you need one, or join a Terra Continuity membership for ongoing care across the year. If you decide to join Vitality later, the $597 Assessment fee comes off it in full, as long as you join within 60 days.
Will I have to take hormones?
No. We talk about hormone therapy when it is right for you, and other options when it isn’t. It is your decision, made with good information.
I’m not sure if I’m in perimenopause. Can I still join?
Start with the Assessment. Perimenopause is often a diagnosis we make from your symptoms and cycle, not a single blood test. We will tell you honestly whether Vitality fits.
Does Vitality include weight medication?
If it is appropriate for you, we can include it. Medication costs are not included in the program price. Every plan includes nutrition and lifestyle care, with or without medication.
Do you prescribe compounded or bioidentical hormones?
Terra prescribes Health Canada approved body-identical hormone therapy, which is regulated, dose-controlled and studied. Compounded hormones are not typically offered. They are not held to the same manufacturing standards, the dose in the preparation is not verified, and the major menopause societies do not recommend them where an approved option exists.
Can I do Vitality virtually?
Visits can be in clinic in Paradise or virtual if you live in NL, ON, AB and BC. Body composition scanning happens in clinic, and the program runs without it: for virtual patients we track progress with validated symptom and wellbeing measures instead.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly, and nurse practitioners in Newfoundland and Labrador can assess, order labs, diagnose and prescribe independently.
How do prescription refills work?
We review your medications at your monthly visits and provide refills there, so you are not chasing a separate appointment for them. A new medication is usually prescribed about 30 days at a time while the dose is being worked out, and once you are stable a refill may cover longer.
What happens after four months?
You can keep going with a Terra Continuity membership, move to Care as You Go and book follow-ups when you need them, or carry on with your plan and your family doctor.
What if I need to pause or stop?
Tell us rather than quietly stopping. Ask at your visit or send a message through the portal, and we will look at where you are in the program and what makes sense from there. These are handled case by case, not by a blanket rule.
You don’t have to just get through this.
Start with an hour and a plan.
